I hope you had an amazing July 4th weekend. I did, spending it with family eating (a bit too much) and reconnecting with high school and college friends. Now back to the wedding series...
When brainstorming about where to take our engagement photos, we knew that the best place was in our backyard...not literally. Edinburgh, Scotland is full of beautiful scenery and architecture that we knew we hit the jackpot, in terms of backgrounds for photos.
The dress I wore, was bought from Topshop Boutique summer of 2013 on sale for £70.00 and I'm so happy I did. It was one of those buy now for the future type dresses, although you have no idea where or when you will wear it. I really need to step up my game in the classic, black tie, and evening dresses department.
We had an amazing time shooting these photos... I think he did a bit more so than me, no? Haa ha!!

Lovely, lovely photos of you and your husband. Stunning, actually. Additionally, hair, dress and necklace . . . all gorgeous. I must admit to looking at the pictures with my mouth open as I gazed at the dress (and then noticed the back!) and fell in love with it and the necklace.
